The Leisure and Cultural Services Department organises the International Arts Carnival (IAC) annually and has brought smiles to kids and families in our theatres one summer after another. Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and numerous uncertainties, we have taken the disappointing decision to cancel the IAC in 2020. We, however, are joining hands with multiple local artists and arts groups to support their creative works on an alternative platform with a view to offering children and parents a wealth of exciting and stimulating online cultural programmes while practicing social distancing.

From music, drama, puppetry, dance, musical and magic, WeWeWebWeb Carnival offers a varied line-up of family entertainment which enriches life experience. Art can be yours, anytime, anywhere!
